Today has been a good day, so far. I've eaten healthily, I'm full, but still on my calorie target. I'm noticing some awesome definition in my abs and my legs are much leaner and more toned. Its days like this that make the hard work seem very worthwhile.
I've learnt its much easier to be healthy than to simply restrict myself to eating very little. I can enjoy my life, not have a constant struggle with being hungry and starving myself.
I think that things are starting to look up :)
