whole wheat zucchini muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp oat bran
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup apple sauce
2 cups zucchini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup raisins
Directions
  1. mix together all ingredients

  2. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
