Ingredients
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 cups cucumber, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
3 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 cups green onion
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Directions
  1. mix all ingredients. chill. serve over chopped or shredded lettuce or alone
