My kids favorite way to eat Salmon
| 14 3/4 | oz. salmon |
| 1/2 | cup onions, diced |
| 1/2 | cup italian bread crumbs |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3 | tablespoons mayonaise |
| 1/2 | teaspoon garlic salt |
| 1 | teaspoon dry parsley flakes |
| 2 | teaspoons lemon juice |
Drain salmon. Mix in all other ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. brown on both sides in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam.Categories
