Salmon Croquettes Recipe

My kids favorite way to eat Salmon

Ingredients
14 3/4 oz. salmon
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
Drain salmon. Mix in all other ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. brown on both sides in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam.
