Black Eyed Pea and Vegetable Delicacy Recipe

Delicious and quick!

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 cup black eyed peas (slightly drained)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Bring water to boil with desired spices.

  2. Chop up celery and dice up tomatoes.

  3. Add vegetables and beans.

  4. Let simmer for about 5-10 minutes.

  5. I actually use 1/4 cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar but this recipe analyzer couldn't find it so I found the equivalent calorie wise in regular shredded cheese but please note that there is really only about 1.5 grams of fat per serving.
