Delicious and quick!
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1 | cup black eyed peas (slightly drained) |
| 1 | cup chopped celery |
| 1/2 | cup diced tomatoes |
| 1/5 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
- Bring water to boil with desired spices.
- Chop up celery and dice up tomatoes.
- Add vegetables and beans.
- Let simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- I actually use 1/4 cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar but this recipe analyzer couldn't find it so I found the equivalent calorie wise in regular shredded cheese but please note that there is really only about 1.5 grams of fat per serving.
