Mixed Berry Bisquick Cobbler Recipe

Really quick and easy. Taste so good!! And healthy!!

Ingredients
4 cups mixed berries, frozen
1/2 cup no calorie Splenda
2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 cup skim milk
Directions
  1. Preheat overn to 350.

  2. Spray large deep pie plate with PAM.

  3. Mix the berries and splenda in a bowl and pour into the pie plate.

  4. Combine the milk and Bisquick until gooey.

  5. Using two spoons, drop Bisquick mixture on top of the berries and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.

  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  7. Serve warm solo or with a little Cool Whip or ice cream on top.
