Ingredients
1 cup (Colombo) yogurt, strawberry, lowfat
1 cup soymilk
1/4 cups blueberries, frozen
0.33 apple, small
1 banana, medium
2 tbsp. flax, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
blend all ingredients in blender and serve.
