Simple homemade pizza
| 2 1/2 | cups flour |
| 1 | tsp yeast |
| 1 | tsp garlic salt |
| 1 | cup of warm water |
| 1/2 | cup pizza sauce |
| 1/2 | cup diced ham |
| 40 | slices of pepperoni |
| 1 1/4 | cup shredded cheese |
Mix the flour, yeast, garlic salt and warm water and work it for several min. Let stand for 10 min. (I put half of the dough in the fridge for later but you can fix the whole thing at once if you are putting it in the oven) then roll the rest out on pizzazz oven. Put the sause on, and the toppings and bake for 15-16 min. on the pizzazz oven. (So this actually makes two pizza's, so you use half of the other ingredient too)Categories
