Vegetable Casserole (Hot or Cold)

Ingredients
25 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
8 oz cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons butter
144 g crackers
Directions
  1. Cook 25 oz frozen mixed vegetable, drain well.

  2. Mix with:

  3. 1 1/4 cup chopped celery

  4. 3/4 cup chopped onion

  5. 1 1/4 mayo

  6. 8 oz cheddar cheese

  7. Top with:

  8. 1/2 stick melted butter

  9. 1 cup crushed crackers

  10. Cheese

  11. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

  12. Options:

  13. Pita pockets, bagels

  14. Top with chicken

  15. Eat cold as a dip
