| 3/4 | cup chopped onion |
| 1 1/4 | cup light mayonnaise |
| 8 | oz cheddar cheese |
| 6 | tablespoons butter |
| 144 | g crackers |
- Cook 25 oz frozen mixed vegetable, drain well.
- Mix with:
- 1 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/4 mayo
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- Top with:
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- Cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

- Top with chicken
