Breakfast Burrito Recipe

Prepare the night before and wrap in wax paper or foil for an easy, grab-n-go BREAKFAST.

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tsp green onion
2 tbl bell pepper
2 tbl cheddar cheese
1/4 c salsa
1 flour tortilla
Directions
Pour eggs in a pan lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add onions,green pepper, spices and salsa; stir. Cook eggs until firm. Heat tortilla in microwave or in a dry skillet. Roll eggs and cheese in heated tortilla and enjoy!
