| 1/4 | tsp cumin |
- Beat eggs with yogurt, seasonings, and jalapeño.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet and pour eggs in.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes on medium-low heat until eggs are cooked through. Cooking time depends on width of skillet & depth of omelet.
