the best fudge i have ever made

Ingredients
1/2 cup cream
3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup chocolate
125 grams butter
Directions
  1. melt the sugar with the cream on low heat. add condensed milk, chocolate chips and cubed butter.

  2. stir til butter is melted

  3. bring to the boil

  4. allow to cool

  5. beat with electric beater til mixture is thick

  6. pour into buttered pan and allow to set.

  7. makes aprox 30 peices.
