the best fudge i have ever made
| 1/2 | cup cream |
| 3 | cups brown sugar |
| 1/2 | cup condensed milk |
| 1/4 | cup chocolate |
| 125 | grams butter |
- melt the sugar with the cream on low heat. add condensed milk, chocolate chips and cubed butter.
- stir til butter is melted
- bring to the boil
- allow to cool
- beat with electric beater til mixture is thick
- pour into buttered pan and allow to set.
- makes aprox 30 peices.
