Scalloped Potato casserole
| 6 | medium potatoes, peeled and sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons country crock |
| 2 | tablespoons flour |
| 1 | cup 2% milk |
spread 1/3 of potatoes in bottom of creased casserole dish. Sprinkle flour, dot with margarine. sprinkle with salt and pepper Repeat 2 times. Pour milk in to cover potatoes. Bake at 350 until brown and bubbly. Let stand...sauce with thicken as it stands.Categories
