Feta Greek Dressing Recipe

Delicious and different..keeps well in fridge.

Ingredients
1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat free mayo
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup vinegar , rice wine
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, but reserve 1/4 cup of the feta.

  2. Blend 5 seconds.

  3. Remove and add in reserved crumbled feta.

  4. Store in fridge.
