Low Fat Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe

Makes 3 servings


a lighter version of my favorite dressing

Ingredients
4 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
9 teaspoons skim milk
60 g apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon splenda or honey
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Directions
  1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients until smooth.

  2. Blend in poppyseeds.

  3. this is best when chilled before using.

  4. Can use handheld electric beater for larger amounts.

  5. This recipe can easily be doubled or more, but don't increase the sugar subsitute the same way. You need to do a taste test to decide how much more you would like.
