Basic Cheese Tortilla Recipe

Monterey Jack and Cheddar

Ingredients
2 tortillas
1/4 cup monterey jack cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Directions
  1. Spray pan with cooking spray

  2. Place tortilla in pan

  3. Mix cheeses

  4. Pour cheeses on tortilla

  5. Put other tortilla on top

  6. Set stove to medium and cover

  7. Check at 2 min

  8. Flip

  9. Cook until cheese melted

  10. Remove from pan and cut into 8 wedges
