low fat and low cal 1000 island

Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons pickle relish
3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onions, minced
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and cover.

  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
