Oil used for frying only so you can use a teflon pan or light spray of the oil of your choice.
| 2 | can Tuna in water |
| 2 | medium egg |
| 3/4 | cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs |
| 1 | tbs Olive Oil |
- Combine tuna, egg and bread crumbs in a plastic bag and mix together throughly.
- Let sit for 1/2 hour at least to give crumbs time to absorb all the moisture.
- Make into 8 patties
- Heat oil in frying pan and cook up until browned and well cooked in middle. Or place on lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake in oven until done, turning over once in the process. (estimate of 15 minutes on each side in a 350 F oven)
