| 24 | g protein powder, whey |
| 1/2 | cup pineapple, cubes |
| 1/8 | cup of brown rice |
| 1 | tablespoon of sugar |
- Boil together the pineapple and rice, until rice is tender (about 40 minutes) adjusting water when necessary.
- Let cool to room temperature and mix the remaining ingredients. Strain and adjust water and sugar as desired.
- Blend all ingredints until protein powder and sugar dissolves. Serve chilled.
