Pera-Piña Protein Juice Recipe

Tropical, and healthy.

Ingredients
24 g protein powder, whey
1/2 cup pineapple, cubes
1/8 cup of brown rice
1 tablespoon of sugar
Directions
  1. Boil together the pineapple and rice, until rice is tender (about 40 minutes) adjusting water when necessary.

  2. Let cool to room temperature and mix the remaining ingredients. Strain and adjust water and sugar as desired.

  3. Blend all ingredints until protein powder and sugar dissolves. Serve chilled.
