I'll die dreaming AND fit, the Dominican way.

Ingredients
24 g of protein powder
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of fat free milk
1/2 cup of ice
Directions
Mix and milk and sugar stir until dissolved. Add ice and continue stirring. Then slowly add orange juice stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
