Ingredients: |

| 2 | cups orange juice |
| 1/8 | cups of sugar |
| 2 | cups of water |
| 1 | cup of oatmeal |
| 2 | cups of fat free milk |
| 2 1/2 | cups of ice cubes |
- Before Starting to Cook:
- Mix the milk and the sugar to taste. Put the milk in the freezer until it is very cold. Soak the oat in the water for about an hour.
- Method:
- Blend the oak and sift. Add the ice and the milk and stir. Slowly pour the orange juice in the milk stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
