Whole Wheat Irish Soda Bread
| 2 | cups wheat flour |
| 2 | cups white flour |
| 1/2 | cup brown sugar |
| 2 | tbsp baking soda |
| 4 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | cup non fat milk |
| 1/3 | cup sour cream |
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add pea-sized butter pieces, combining by hand
- Slowly add milk and sour cream
- Form into a dough ball
- Knead until shaped like a disc, bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
