Easter Candy
| 3/4 | lb. butter |
| 9 | oz. marshmallow creme |
| 2 | lbs. powdered sugar |
| 14 | oz. peanut butter |
| 400 | g. milk chocolate |
- Mix softened butter, 10x sugar and fluff in large bowl. Mix in peanut butter. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Coat easter candy molds with chocolate,cool, add a spoonful of PB mixture, and top with more chocolate. Cool and unmold. makes 100 small eggs, or six 1# eggs.
- Note: Can substitute PB with coconut, nuts, cherries, etc.
