Peanut Butter Eggs Recipe

Easter Candy

Ingredients
3/4 lb. butter
9 oz. marshmallow creme
2 lbs. powdered sugar
14 oz. peanut butter
400 g. milk chocolate
Directions
  1. Mix softened butter, 10x sugar and fluff in large bowl. Mix in peanut butter. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Coat easter candy molds with chocolate,cool, add a spoonful of PB mixture, and top with more chocolate. Cool and unmold. makes 100 small eggs, or six 1# eggs.

  2. Note: Can substitute PB with coconut, nuts, cherries, etc.
