| 3 | cups organic cooked black beans |
| 2/3 | cup organic frozen corn |
| 1/4 | cup chopped onion |
| 1/2 | t. cumin |
| 1/2 | t. chili powder |
| 2 | cups water |
I use organic ingredients whenever possible. Put onions, corn, water, and spices in large pot. Bring to a boil & boil for 5 mins. Add canned black beans & cook until onions disappear. You may add more spices if you like. (I can't due to health issues) Only about 30 mins start-finish!Categories
