Eggs, mushrooms, spinach, cheddar cheese, milk and flour.
| 4 | eggs |
| 10 | oz spinach |
| 1 | c mushrooms |
| 1/2 | c cheddar cheese |
| 1 | cup 2% milk |
| 3 | T flour |
- Use dry spinach
- Put 1.2-2 cups of spinach and mushrooms on bottom of pie plate.
- Mix eggs, milk and flour and pour over top.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
