A delicious tuna melt.
| 10 | oz tuna (2 cans) |
| 8 | slices white bread |
| 4 | slices colby jack cheese |
| 4 | tbsp butter |
| 3 | tbsp mayo |
| 3 | tbsp mustard |
| 2 | tsp creole seasoning |
- Drain tuna
- Butter bread
- Mix tuna, mayo, mustard and creole seasoning in a bowl
- Using 1/4 of the tuna mix, one slice of cheese, and two slices of buttered bread, construct a sandwich.
- Toast sandwich in a pan on the stove until bread is golden brown, then flip.
- After the other side is golden brown, remove from heat.
- Repeat steps 4-6 until all materials have been used.
- Eat it and like it.
