Super Muesli Bar Recipe

Makes 20 servings


Easy to make muesli bars

Ingredients
50 g butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cup oats
1/8 cup almonds
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sultanas
Directions
  1. Heat honey and butter together then add peanut butter and boil gently till a small drop forms a firmish ball when dropped into a glass of cold water.

  2. Meanwhile, toast dry ingredients lightly under grill.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients

  4. When honey mixture is right consistency, add to dry ingredients and mix.

  5. Put into a greased square tin and flatten firmly.

  6. Cool.

  7. When firm but not quite set, cut into 20 pieces and wrap in cling wrap.
