Easy to make muesli bars
| 50 | g butter |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
| 1/4 | cup peanut butter |
| 2 | cup oats |
| 1/8 | cup almonds |
| 1/8 | cup sunflower seeds |
| 1/2 | cup sultanas |
- Heat honey and butter together then add peanut butter and boil gently till a small drop forms a firmish ball when dropped into a glass of cold water.
- Meanwhile, toast dry ingredients lightly under grill.
- Mix all dry ingredients
- When honey mixture is right consistency, add to dry ingredients and mix.
- Put into a greased square tin and flatten firmly.
- Cool.
- When firm but not quite set, cut into 20 pieces and wrap in cling wrap.
