| 1 | pint raw oysters (15167), reserving 1/4 cup oyster broth |
| 1/2 | cup bread crumbs |
| 25 | crackers |
| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 2 | tablespoons lowfat milk (1082) |
| 1 | salt and pepper to taste |
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter shallow baking dish.
- Combine bread crumbs and cracker crumbs. Stir in melted butter.
- Place thin layer of crumbs in bottom of dish. Layer oysters over crumbs and spinkle with salt and pepper. Pour 2 tablespoons broth and 1 tablespoon milk over top.
- Repeat layer, ending with a covering of crumbs.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
