Just had the idea for this dressing, I haven't tried it yet. It's based on a low fat subsitution for sour cream, mixed with a low fat ranch dressing recipe.
| 1 1/2 | cups low fat cottage cheese |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 2 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1/2 | tsp dried dill weed |
| 1/4 | tsp onion powder |
- Mix cottage cheese, skim milk and lemon juic in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Enjoy!
