| 1 1/2 | cup dried pinto beans |
| 1/2 | tsp cumin |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp chili powder |
| 1/2 | large onion |
| 1 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1 | tsp black pepper |
| 1 | tsp red pepper flakes |
| 6 | cups water |
- Chop onion.
- Place all ingredients in to slow cooker. Cook high for four hours or low for eight.
