| 12 | oz frozen apple juice concentrate |
| 14 | oz pumpkin |

| 1 | tsp vanilla |
| 2 | cups raw bran |
| 2 | cups all bran cereal |
| 1 | tbsp baking powder |
| 1 | tbsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | cup rolled oats |
| 4 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1 | cup raisins |
- Mix together first six ingredients.
- Mix separately the next five ingredients then add to fruit mixture and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Add the next 4 ingredients, put in silicone muffin pans and bake in preheated 375* oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
