| 1 | lb lean ground beef |
| 1/2 | c cilantro |
| 4 | oz canned green chilies (diced) |
| 1 | tsp Chili powder |
| 1 | tsp Minced garlic |
| 1/2 | medium onion, sliced for grilling |
| 1/2 | cup salsa |
| 2/3 | medium avocado ( diced) |
- Combine beef, 1/4 cup cilantro, chilies, chili powder, and garlic until mixed thoroughly. Form into equal patties.
- Grill patties and onion until desired doneness.
- Serve patties garnished with salsa, avocado, and remaining cilantro. Add cheese and sour cream for an added touch.
