Almond Milk Recipe

I also add 1 vanilla bean, seeds scooped out. You can add agave nectar or maple syrup as a sweetener. If using dates, soak them in water for 30 minutes before. Will keep for 3-4 days in refrigerator

Ingredients
1 cup almonds
4 cups water
1 date
Directions
soak almonds over night in water. Blend almonds & water thoroughly in blender. Strain by using a sprout bag or sieve. Put milk back in blender and add dates and vanilla seeds, blend again. Strain again.
