Black beans over rice
| 3 | cups brown rice, cooked |
| 1 3/4 | cups black beans, canned |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1/2 | small onion |
| 1 | tsp. cumin |
| 1 | tsp. chili powder |
- Put beans and liquid into sauce pan along with everything but rice.
- Simmer for five minutes, or until chopped onion is tender.
- Serve over rice. Good with sour cream.
