Quick and easy fajitas, add tortillas and condiments seperately. Thighs make this much more moist, and are generally cheaper than breasts.
| 1/2 | lb skinless boneless chicken thighs, sliced into strips |
| 1 | tsp hot sauce |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | tsp cumin |
| 1 | tsp chili powder |
| 1 | tsp cilantro |
| 1 | tbsp minced garlic |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | medium onion |
| 1/2 | medium green bell pepper |
| 2 | tbsp water |
- Melt butter in olive oil
- Add chicken, hot sauce, spices, water. saute until chicken is done. (about 5 - 7 minutes)
- add sliced onion and bell pepper, saute until crisp - tender. ( about 3 minutes)
- Serve on tortillas, condiments as desired.
