Pol's Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Quick and easy fajitas, add tortillas and condiments seperately. Thighs make this much more moist, and are generally cheaper than breasts.

Ingredients
1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken thighs, sliced into strips
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cilantro
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 medium onion
1/2 medium green bell pepper
2 tbsp water
Directions
  1. Melt butter in olive oil

  2. Add chicken, hot sauce, spices, water. saute until chicken is done. (about 5 - 7 minutes)

  3. add sliced onion and bell pepper, saute until crisp - tender. ( about 3 minutes)

  4. Serve on tortillas, condiments as desired.
