Ingredients
| 16 |
oz Polska Kielbasa, sliced |
| 2 |
potatoes medium, choped |
| 2 |
peppers, sweet, green, choped |
| 12 |
oz sauerkraut, undrained |
Directions
- Slice Kielbasa, potatoes, and peppers into large bite sized chunks
- Put potatoes into microwave safe bowl, pour some juice from the can of souerkraut onto them and microwave for 3 minutes to just start the cooking.
- Brown kielbasa in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add green peppers and potatoes to skillet and mix.
- Pour souerkraut and the rest of the juice on top in the skillet. Spead to cover evenly.
- Cover and let cook over low heat, stirring ocassionally, until potatoes are soft. 30-45minutes.
- Tastes even better after it has been refrigerated over night, the potatoes soak up more flavor.
