Polish Sausage

Makes 5 servings

Delicious and simple

Ingredients
16 oz Polska Kielbasa, sliced
2 potatoes medium, choped
2 peppers, sweet, green, choped
12 oz sauerkraut, undrained
Directions
  1. Slice Kielbasa, potatoes, and peppers into large bite sized chunks

  2. Put potatoes into microwave safe bowl, pour some juice from the can of souerkraut onto them and microwave for 3 minutes to just start the cooking.

  3. Brown kielbasa in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add green peppers and potatoes to skillet and mix.

  5. Pour souerkraut and the rest of the juice on top in the skillet. Spead to cover evenly.

  6. Cover and let cook over low heat, stirring ocassionally, until potatoes are soft. 30-45minutes.

  7. Tastes even better after it has been refrigerated over night, the potatoes soak up more flavor.
