Ground Chicken Chili with Chipotles Recipe

Ground Chicken Chili made spicy with chipotle peppers!

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
2 large carrot
588 g Ground chicken
4 tbsp garlic
4 dash black pepper
4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp cinnamon
8 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp allspice
5 tsp cayenne pepper
4 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp Tabasco
18 1/2 g lime juice
1 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 cup chick peas
1 cup red kidney beans
1 cup black beans
680 g Unico Zesty Pasta Sauce
2 chipotle peppers
Directions
  1. Saute onions and carrots in olive oil, adding portion of spices

  2. remove carrots and onion mixture

  3. add more oil, brown the chicken

  4. add tobasco, add more spices, 2 tbsp garlic, plus 2 tbsp chocolate chips, stir chicken until browned

  5. add sauce

  6. add carrot and onion mixture and more spices, garlic, onion, and lemon juice, stir until well combined and simmer

  7. add all three bean types, chopped bell peppers, chopped chipotles, remaining chocolate, lemon juice, stir and simmer

  8. add last tbsp of garlic, stir

  9. add more seasonings, to taste (NO SALT, only the spices), stir until combined
