Ground Chicken Chili made spicy with chipotle peppers!
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | large onion |
| 2 | large carrot |
| 588 | g Ground chicken |
| 4 | tbsp garlic |
| 4 | dash black pepper |
| 4 | tsp paprika |
| 1 | tbsp cinnamon |
| 8 | tbsp cumin |
| 2 | tbsp allspice |
| 5 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 4 | tbsp chocolate chips |
| 2 | tbsp Tabasco |
| 18 1/2 | g lime juice |
| 1 | red bell pepper |
| 1/2 | green bell pepper |
| 1 | cup chick peas |
| 1 | cup red kidney beans |
| 1 | cup black beans |
| 680 | g Unico Zesty Pasta Sauce |
| 2 | chipotle peppers |
- Saute onions and carrots in olive oil, adding portion of spices
- remove carrots and onion mixture
- add more oil, brown the chicken
- add tobasco, add more spices, 2 tbsp garlic, plus 2 tbsp chocolate chips, stir chicken until browned
- add sauce
- add carrot and onion mixture and more spices, garlic, onion, and lemon juice, stir until well combined and simmer
- add all three bean types, chopped bell peppers, chopped chipotles, remaining chocolate, lemon juice, stir and simmer
- add last tbsp of garlic, stir
- add more seasonings, to taste (NO SALT, only the spices), stir until combined
