| 4 | garlic cloves |
| 1 | T olive oil |
| 2 | c tomatos (canned crushed) |
| 6 | c water |
| 1 | t chicken soup mix |
| 1/4 | t dried basil |
| 1/4 | t dried oregano |
| 1/4 | t dried thyme |
| 1/8 | t black pepper |
| 10 | oz bag frozen calafornia mixed vegetables |
| 1/3 | c alphabet pasta (uncooked) |
- chop onion and saute in oil for 5 min until soft.
- Add garlic and saute 2 more min, add tomatos, water chicken soup powder and spices
- Add vegetables and cook 20 min on medium/ low flame.
- turn off and add pasta. Let sit 30 minutes and serve
