Mexican Dip Recipe

Black Bean, Corn & Burger Dip (6 servings = 1 cup/serving)

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb hamburger
15 oz (1 can) black beans
15 oz (1 can) canned corn
1/4 onion, chopped
6 tsp Taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp oregano, dried
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Directions
  1. 1. Brown Burger 1/2 done

  2. 2. Add Taco Seasoning, Water, Onions & finish browing

  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients & stir

  4. 4. Simmer for 10 minutes

  5. 5. Serve warm with chips
