Salmon Balsamico Recipe

great fast dinner

Ingredients
18 oz salmon fillets (start with 1 1/2 lb and after cooking it should be about 5 oz each fillet)
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 t brown sugar
3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
2 tomatos (plum) (chopped)
2 T fresh basil ( or 1 t dried)
Directions
  1. preheat oven to 450*

  2. Arrange fish in a single layer in a sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (if desired) .

  3. Combine vinegar, sugar, garlic tomatoes and basil; pour over fish .

  4. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes at 450*.
