great fast dinner
| 18 | oz salmon fillets (start with 1 1/2 lb and after cooking it should be about 5 oz each fillet) |
| 1/4 | c balsamic vinegar |
| 2 | t brown sugar |
| 3 | cloves fresh garlic (minced) |
| 2 | tomatos (plum) (chopped) |
| 2 | T fresh basil ( or 1 t dried) |
- preheat oven to 450*
- Arrange fish in a single layer in a sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (if desired) .
- Combine vinegar, sugar, garlic tomatoes and basil; pour over fish .
- Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes at 450*.
