Broccoli Salad (Reduced Fat) Recipe

Reduced fat Broccoli and raisin salad

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
1 cup fat free mayonaise
1 cup raisins
2 1/2 oz real bacon pieces
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
6 cups broccoli
Directions
  1. Mix sugar, vinegar, and mayonaise together and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  2. Combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds, and bacon in large bowl.

  3. Add mayonaise mixture after it has chilled for 2 hours.

  4. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
