Reduced fat Broccoli and raisin salad
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 3 | tbsp vinegar |
| 1 | cup fat free mayonaise |
| 1 | cup raisins |
| 2 1/2 | oz real bacon pieces |
| 1/2 | cup sunflower seeds |
| 6 | cups broccoli |
- Mix sugar, vinegar, and mayonaise together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds, and bacon in large bowl.
- Add mayonaise mixture after it has chilled for 2 hours.
- Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
