| 1 | cup chicken stock |
| 1/2 | cup orange, chunks |
| 1/8 | cup green onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | tsp sesame oil |
| 1/8 | cup orange juice concentrate |
- simmer bulgar wheat in chicken stock until all the stock is absorbed.
- Let wheat cool.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
