I invented this today....wanted chili but wanted to cut calories so I cut the meat.
| 1 1/2 | cups kidney beans. rinsed and drained |
| 1 1/2 | cups great northern beans, rinsed & drained |
| 1 1/2 | cups black beans |
| 3 | medium tomatoes, chopped |
| 1/2 | medium onion |
| 4 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | serrano peppers |
| 15 | oz tomato sauce, canned |
| 1 1/2 | cups water |
| 6 | tbsp chili powder |
| 3 | tbsp cumin |
| 1 | cup jalapeno peppers, canned |
| 8 | tbsp fat-free sour cream |
- Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook until fresh veggies are tender (4-6 hours).
- Adjust chili powder and cumin to taste.
- Add salt to taste.
- Top with jalapenos and sour cream
