Veggie Chili Recipe

I invented this today....wanted chili but wanted to cut calories so I cut the meat.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups kidney beans. rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups great northern beans, rinsed & drained
1 1/2 cups black beans
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
2 serrano peppers
15 oz tomato sauce, canned
1 1/2 cups water
6 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp cumin
1 cup jalapeno peppers, canned
8 tbsp fat-free sour cream
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook until fresh veggies are tender (4-6 hours).

  2. Adjust chili powder and cumin to taste.

  3. Add salt to taste.

  4. Top with jalapenos and sour cream
