Basic Guacamole Recipe

Serving size is 1/6 cup or 3 tbsp.

Ingredients
3 fruit without skin and seeds avocados
1/2 large whole tomato
1 clove garlic
1/8 wedge yield lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Mash avocados.

  2. Dice tomatoes.

  3. Chop garlic.

  4. Squeeze lemon.

  5. Shake or grind salt and pepper.

  6. Combine.
