| 3 | cups all-purpose flour |
| 2 | tsp baking soda |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp ginger |
| 1/4 | tsp cloves |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
- Oven 375 F
- Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth
- Moisten next 6 ingredients with first 5
- Roll batter into 1.5 inch balls, roll balls in sugar
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 - 14 mins.
