| 6 | oz chicken breast |
| 1/8 | cup Italian Dressing |
| 1/8 | cup parmesan cheese |
| 4 | oz no yolk egg noodles |
| 1/2 | tbsp salted butter |
| 1 | cup frozen peas and carrots |
| 2 | cups grapes |
- Marinate chicken in dressing and cheese for 30 minutes.
- Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees on foil covered sheet.
- Cook pasta and peas & carrots separately according to package instructions. Toss cooked pasta with butter.
- Serve each plate 1/2 cup veggies, 3 oz chicken, 2 oz pasta, and 1 cup of grapes.
