Mmm...zesty! Combine with white corn tortillas, avocados, and sour cream! Pork can also be substituted for beef. Cook for additional 1/2 hour.
| 1 | lb. lean pork loin |
| 24 | oz. beer |
| 1/4 | cup green salsa |
| 1 | dash salt |
| 1 | tbsp lime juice |
| 1/2 | tsp worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | yellow bell pepper |
| 1 | red bell pepper |
| 2 | jalapeno peppers |
| 1/2 | yellow onion |
- Put pork into large pot. Add beer, lime juice, worcestershire sauce, salsa, and salt.
- Let sit under lid for 1 hour over medium heat. DO NOT REMOVE LID.
