Yummy! Quich and Easy!

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Pita
1/8 cup Light Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese
2 oz cooked chicken breast
1/4 small onion
1/4 med red bell pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Assemble ingredients. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
