fancy scrambled eggs

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup sweet potato
1/4 cup onion
1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream
Directions
  1. shredd potato

  2. mince onions

  3. saute in skillet

  4. add eggs

  5. cook till eggs done

  6. serve with sour cream
