Nacho Bean Soup Recipe

Makes 10 servings


A surprisingly delicious and filling slow cooked meal.

Ingredients
14 1/2 oz fat free chicken broth
2 cups milk
4 tablespoon flour
15 oz pinto beans
14 oz S&W Santa Fe Beans
14 oz of canned corn
1 cup salsa
1 lb cooked hamburger
4 1/2 oz chopped green chilies
Directions
  1. combine chicken broth, milk and flour, blend well. pour into slow cooker

  2. add pinto beans, Santa fe beans, green chillies, meat, corn and salsa into slow cooker.

  3. slow cook on high for 6 hours.

  4. may be served over tortilla chips with sour cream an/or cheese
